When we first spotted Blue, he wasn't on our untether list. But as we drove by, it was clear he needed help. Living at the end of a heavy chain, Blue's situation couldn't be ignored.
Despite everything, Blue greeted us with a wagging tail and a gentle spirit. We provided food, dewormer, and other essential supplies, worked with his family to improve his care, and returned to build him a safe kennel so he could finally be untethered.
